I liked that it was a rotational internship, and I had a lot of opportunity to learn many different aspects of the internship.
What I wish was different
I wouldn't change a lot about this internship! If anything, our internship project can become overwhelming at times. In my experience, it just built resilience and networking opportunities.
Advice
Take every opportunity available to learn from anyone on the job. Nurture these connections, and you will surely find a home with this company.

What I liked
It gave me real insights into the property management industry. After gaining experience in various facets of the industry, I left with a much deeper understanding of property management.
What I wish was different
It would have been nice to have the opportunity to visit other properties. Overall, Trinity Property Consultants provided me with a very educational summer experience.
Advice
Being proactive as oppose to reactive will allow for more success in the industry, along with most other industries as well.

Be flexible. There are times when the company will move their interns to other properties on quick notice. Overall, great experience.
