I would say to make the most of this job by interacting with your co-workers and asking them questions, especially if they have a different job than you. At TMC there is a lot of room for working yourself up the career ladder and a lot of opportunities to find a job that best suites your liking. Also, they have opportunities to advance your education and are willing to support you monetarily in some parts of it, especially if it is going to benefit the hospital later on, down the road.
