I loved my internship. They gave me assignments, treated me as an equal and valuable member of the team and allowed me to ask questions and really learn about the industry.
What I wish was different
I wish I had started sooner!
Advice
Find a place where you truly feel valued. I felt challenged but supported, and was rewarded for a job well done. Find a place that wants to help you grow!

What I liked
The variety of things to do at the stations. There is something to learn and do for everyone. The people were nice and willing to teach me new skills.
What I wish was different
More rotations available. Only did one rotation during my internship.
Advice
Go in with an open mind and be willing to learn. There is a lot to learn from the resort and can make great connections!
