Working with the kiddos! They're challenging at times, but I learned so much and found joy in watching them grow and start making great choices. My coworkers were very supportive and happy to answer questions as I oriented myself to the position.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have stayed longer or been trained/shadowed more.
Advice
Be patient, and give it time. Change is hard, and kids need to be listened to.
