What I liked

I love the environment! The staff are all excited to be here and that makes me want to do my best as well. All around a really great atmosphere as soon as you walk in.

What I wish was different

The clientele is children who don't know how business and respect works sometimes.

Advice

Customer service skills aren't always about being nice. With this new mask policy and my work revolving around kids its hard to make them keep it on, but for the safety of others i have to be very strict and mean. Sometimes you have to be stern to do a good job at customer service.
