I really like being able to get creative and implement my own idea to projects. In a way it’s a very self-led role where I am able to carve out the direction I want to take which allows me to really dive into my strengths and weaknesses, as I am not limited in action.
What I wish was different
I wish my work could have been in person to start and then go virtual, as I now don’t know what it’s like to go back in person and work the same job. I just don’t have a feel for it.
Advice
I would share that being out of your comfort zone and working on projects that you may not consider your future is the best opportunity to learn about yourself and grow individually so don’t think you need to change jobs right away. Wait and let yourself learn things you never thought you would.
