How much work they had for me. I was constantly doing projects and had work to do. I was never once out of work.
What I wish was different
Maybe the timeliness. Sometimes I'd get something done and then I'd wait several weeks before we'd actually finish it. Or communication. Sometimes it was hard to communicate with other departments.
Advice
Continue to challenge yourself with work and communicate with your bosses if the work isn't challenging enough. They're there to provide work that will fulfill your interests in the field.
