I enjoy the small feel of the company and how employees can focus some of their time on helping you develop as a co-op. In addition, I felt that I was contributing to the betterment of the company and had the ability to learn a wide variety of subjects while working hands on.
What I wish was different
Sometimes, there was some miscommunication with what needed to be done for certain projects since meetings were scarce for myself as a co-op. After jumping through a little bit more hoops and obstacles, we ultimately achieved the end result of finishing the project though.
Advice
I highly encourage job searching individuals to look into companies that are not as common and that you may not know too much about because sometimes those companies give you the most responsibility and give you a diverse group of projects.
