What I liked

I learned so many IT skills, like how to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, set up PCs, create backups, etc.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had been more outgoing when I started, but this job has really helped me approach people and figure out how to better explain concepts.

This experience is a very good preparation for the workforce.
