Get to know your coworkers! We are all students so you may talk to people you have a lot in common with. The environment at work is nice when you are friends with who you work with.

More hours available for supervisors to work and more competitive pay for supervisors.

What I liked
Good environment and has a lot of projects to work on. You get good feedback and improvement, with a variety of types of skills you build. Worked on editorial, digital, print, and a lot of really different and both high and low profile projects. Super flexible hours and scheduling.
What I wish was different
Over the summer especially if there aren't a lot of other students working it can get a bit hectic, but the work load doesn't really get overwhelming.
Advice
Checking in with more senior workers if you're stuck and managing your time effectively.

Advice
I recommend becoming friends with your coworkers and using your boss as a mentor and resource. Even if it is not in the field that you want to end up in you will build a network and a maybe even a mentorship through your job.
