I liked the flexibility and working in a small group. There were tons of opportunities to learn new techniques, and many people were available to me.

What I wish was different

To have been included on new product development. With this an unrealistic wish, but as long as we're being asked to wish.

Advice

Take every opportunity to learn new techniques and ideas. Learn conventions, and offer to help everyone you can in the company.
