The exposure to conduct my own research and be able to run my own experiments based on my personal hypotheses.

What I wish was different

Initial training was not that great as well as exposure to the R&D side of this internship.

Advice

Go in with an open mind because you are always learning and finding something new that may not be what you are used to doing.
