I like all the teams I work with. Each member pay attention to me and walk me through different task I was assign to. They were patient and mentor me on every steps.
I also like the meeting the company host for all interns working in different departments to meet and networking.
What I wish was different
I was not assign as much time as I wished. There is a lot to learn in WEC energy Group. The host Different zoom meeting to help interns to know more about each department.
Advice
Be ready too work and being active. Be honest with yourself and ask for help when you need it.
Make sure you know what you're going to be working on before you get there. I was told I was going to be working on application development and accidentally got data entry at first.
