I personally loved the hours that I worked as well as the fact that it got my foot in the door with a school district when I want to be a teacher science teacher when I graduate.
What I wish was different
I wish there would have been a little better communication between my boss, co-workers and myself.
Advice
You do not have to come into the job with a strong technology background, my boss did a great job of teaching me what I needed to know to be successful at my job.
