The U.S. Department of Education’s TRIO SSS Program is a federal outreach and student services program designed to identify and provide services to students who are first-generation, financially limited, and/or have a documented disability. Washington State University Tri-Cities houses two TRIO grants: Classic & STEM. Our grants serve 260 eligible students.
