Our territory runs along the Emerald Coast from Gulf Shores, Alabama to Panama City Beach, Florida where we manage over 3500 vacation rental units. Additionally, we manage 2 properties in the 4 Corners area of Orlando (Davenport, FL)
The rental units we manage are primarily beach houses and condominiums, with the majority of those units actually located on the beach. In the Orlando market, we manage 2 properties, Bahama Bay and Caribe Cove where we cater to visiting guests, from all over the world, while on vacation.
