One of the best ways that the staff is cared for is through Staff Reload during weekday mornings. It is a time for staff to gather for worship, fellowship, or a spoken word. Every decision the camp directors make is very intentional, with the camper's and staff's wellbeing in mind, which makes it easy to work for and support their ministry.”
