“I thought that C&I did an excellent job of pairing me with an experienced mentor, giving me meaningful work throughout the entirety of my co-op, and preparing me for a career as an electrical engineer. Within a matter of days of starting I was working independently on projects for one of C&I's largest clients, and with guidance from a mentor, I was able to complete multiple construction packages by the end of my term. I also highly valued how C&I made it a priority for me to visit the client sites on multiple occasions during my first co-op. This was extremely helpful because I was able to see first-hand the equipment that I was designing changes to and get a better understanding of how to adapt my work to meet the client's expectations.”
