Lendlease invests heavily in the health, wellbeing, and development of our people. We select a diverse group of high potential graduating students each year, who stand out as future leaders at Lendlease. The path commonly starts with first Interning at Lendlease for the Summer, before returning to college for another year to complete one's degree.
Yet some join us as graduating students, without previously interning.

“This company has a great culture and strong focus on development of younger employees and interns. The most experienced project managers and supervisors made sure to mentor myself and others through our internships. ”

Project Intern

June 2023 - August 2023 New York City, NY
“Before my internship had started, I had no idea what it would be like doing construction in the field of healthcare, which is something I know very little about. I spent my summer working under project managers and superintendents at NYU Langone Hospital in Kips Bay, Manhattan. I really liked how everyone treated me in the office, I felt very valued. Also, I enjoyed talking to the subcontractors, such as the electricians and carpenters. This is what really helped me to learn a lot about construction projects.”
