Boost your chances of success in the medical field! Get the hands-on experience you need by becoming part of a caregiving team! I hire students in the medical field as my personal care assistants, usually having 4-5 students on the team to fill the schedule. Students gain valuable hands-on medical experience with responsibilities including tracheal suctioning, respiratory, stoma care, ventilators, range of motion and more. All experienced assistants who have applied to medical school, PA school, nursing school or graduate school have been accepted!
