NAVAIR Fleet Readiness Center East (Cherry Point) is dedicated to acquisition, research, testing, sustainment and continued airworthiness of Navy and Marine Corps aircraft. What would I do?
Engineers are spread across our many Fleet Support Teams (FSTs) and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Engineering (MRO-E) departments.
Our Aerospace & Mechanical Engineers may work on Engines, Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), Systems, Structures, Propulsion, Test Equipment, Support Equipment, Dynamic Components, or Metrology. These teams are responsible for things such as:

• Component Criticality Assessments

Our Industrial/Systems or Materials Engineers may work in Metrology, Reliability & Maintainability, or Materials Lab. These teams are responsible for things such as:
