“I was given a lot of leeway with how I wanted to coach my team. If my director wanted to tweak something I always welcomed it. He was very knowledgeable of the game and a great director to work with. When traveling, the organization paid for the staff's gas, hotel room, and a couple of meals. My favorite part about the job was watching my players grow and develop their skills over the course of the season. I've been playing lacrosse since the fourth grade. I developed a special love for the game and hope my players will begin to love it too. ”
