International buying
May - August 2019 • Issaquah, WA
What I liked
Costco is one of the greatest companies in the world. I learned all about international trade, did cost analysis, met with vendors, and had lots of professional correspondence.
What I wish was different
Picking up and leaving for a few months was tough, missed my friends, family, and the cost of living near Seattle was expensive. Would’ve like a little more help from the company to get settled in.
Advice
Get out and try everything you can. You never know what you might find you like, and at least you learned something even if you find it’s not something you enjoy.
